Desktop icon for saved search has @ or ! in title due to wildcard use.

Cause:

A wildcard (an asterisk [*] or a question mark [?]) was used in the search. Windows 95 replaces the wildcard in the filename of the 'Find File' icon with an alternate character. An asterisk is replaced by an @ symbol, and a question mark is replaced by an ! because the asterisk and question mark are invalid characters in filenames.

Solution:

This does not affect the saved search function. There is no workaround because it is not a problem.
